Thank you for reporting this comment. Undo jessica1597 I am echoing all the complaints with Lee fabric and cushions. We spent over 3K on a small Lee sofa a few years ago and the cushions didn’t even retain their shape for a year. In the same time period, the fabric discolored in places that got high use. The store where I purchased sent an inspector to the house. They agreed the cushions were in terrible shape for the amount of time we’d owned the sofa, and sent replacement cushions–not different cushions however, but the VERY SAME ONES. My cushions of course started falling apart shortly thereafter. I was also told that my fabric discoloration was due to sun damage, which it was not. The fabric only discolored in areas where it had been rubbed by someone sitting on it, which in my opinion, is what a sofa is for, and should not damage the fabric in such a short period of time. We went with a Lee sofa because we had previously purchased two Lee armchairs through Crate and Barrel and were completely satisfied. Both cushions and fabric were sturdy and of high quality. Perhaps Lee is outsourcing their manufacturing elsewhere now? In any case I will never buy a Lee sofa again. 2 Likes Bookmark March 8, 2017 at 8:31AM

jyyanks I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. I am very happy with my Lee Industries furniture, as are many people on this forum. In fact, I purchased Lee based on the reviews here and have not been disappointed. That said, I do not think you should have to live with a shoddy piece of furniture. Since you only bought it a year ago, you may be able to go through the manufacturer as it is under warranty. I’m including a link to the Lee Industries site and their warranty info. There is a phone number for them there. Here is a link that might be useful: Lee Industries warranty info

Wow, this is just not my experience at all! I LOVE my Lee Sofa and two chairs. I purchased them 20 years ago, and last year I started to replace them with another brand furniture. What a huge mistake. I couldn’t get comfortable in the sofa no matter how I sat, and the sofa and chair were so light weight I thought I would move them across the room every time I bumped them. Needless to say, off went the new purchase and now my 20 year old Lee sofa and chairs are back in my living room. However, I did order a new Lee sofa and chair and it will be here soon. I have watched how this furniture is constructed and know that this a company and family that stands behind it’s furniture. So, if something is wrong your dealer or direct factory contact should help immediately. Any time you have down in a pillow, cushion, comforter, etc. it will require constant fluffing because it is DOWN not because it is poorly made. That is an issue you have to decide before you get down. But it looks so nice! By the way, there is very little wrong with my old Lee after 20 years except it needs a new slip cover. I just wanted a new “Look” after all these years.
